What happens during Transfer Transition?

During the Transfer Transition day, you’ll discover what Adelphi offers—the services, programs and resources available as you continue your academic journey. During the Transition program, Transfer Credit Advisement and Course Registration will be available. You will also be able to get your Adelphi student ID card and a parking decal for your car.

The session includes Adelphi 411 where you’ll learn about various campus services specific to Adelphi. You’ll have lunch with administrators and your peers. A campus tour will familiarize you with where departments, programs and services are located. Learn about transfer experiences from our transfer ambassadors. You’ll really get to know Adelphi—inside and out!

What happens after Transfer Transition?

Once the semester begins, we hope you’ll attend transfer programs, the first of which is the Transfer Student Meet and Greet event.

This is a come and go event where transfer students will be able to mingle with both new and returning transfer students. Representatives from various campus departments will be present to answer your questions.
