  • Email: All registered students are assigned an official Adelphi Gmail account which you can continue using as alumni after commencement.
  • Google Workspace: All students are issued @mail.adelphi.edu Google accounts with 20GB of storage that feature access to Gmail, Chat, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sites, Sheets and more. If you have any issues with these apps, please review Google’s Support.
  • Microsoft OneDrive: Store, access, and securely share your files from anywhere. With 5TB of storage, we recommend this platform for long-term and large file storage needs.
  • Chat with AdeleOur AI chatbot allows you to get quick answers to a range of University questions at any time of day. 
  • Wireless NetworkUse the eduroam network at Adelphi and member campuses worldwide, and then sign in with your username and password. 
  • Adelphi Mobile App: Our mobile app gives you powerful tools at your fingertips. You can view upcoming course assignments in Moodle, get around campus with an interactive map, and get important alerts and dates from the academic calendar.
  • Game Console Set-up: For gaming and streaming devices in residence halls, use the AU wireless network with the “gopanthers” key.
  • Zoom: Zoom allows you to remotely communicate and collaborate with your peers through live audio and video from a computer, smartphone or tablet.
  • Google Chat: Google Chat is a Google Workspace application that allows chat, one on one calls, and video conferencing within the Gmail interface to converse with others in the Adelphi Community.
  • CLASS: CLASS enables you to register for courses, check your grades, and review your personal, academic and financial information.
  • Degree Audit: Available via eCampus, this tool helps you track your course history and degree requirements. You can identify courses that still need to be taken and confirm your GPA.
  • Course Search: Use Courses Search to browse courses for current or future semesters, learn about what courses are being offered, course times, descriptions, instructor information and more.
  • Website Updates, Events and Promotions: You can promote campus events and initiatives by listing them on the Adelphi University website. You can also choose to advertise on eCampus an digital screens across campus.
  • Equipment Loans: You can borrow laptops, cameras and accessories at the Help Desk.
  • Purchasing and Discounts: Adelphi has teamed up with companies you already know and trust to provide some special tech offers.

  • Moodle: Access your course materials and assignments on Moodle. Adelphi University’s primary online learning environment fosters active learning, understanding and collaboration.
  • Student Readiness (via Moodle): This is a self-paced guide that gives you an overview of technologies that may be used by your professor in your course study. Completing specific topics will earn you badges that appear on your Moodle profile.
  • LinkedIn Learning: Adelphi University students have access to the entire LinkedIn Learning video library of engaging, top-quality courses taught by industry experts.
  • Technology Competency Certificate: This certificate program provides a strong foundation for learning and working with technology.
  • Television and Streaming: Adelphi University offers access to a variety of TV options, including recommended streaming platforms, while also providing cable TV in residential hall lounges.
  • Game Console Set-up: Residential students can connect gaming consoles and other connected devices (Chromecast, Roku, Echo, etc) through Adelphi’s network must follow our guide to ensure the best connection.
  • Housing Section & Assignments: Review residential housing options, reserve rooms and select roommates for the upcoming semester with this eCampus service.
  • eRezLife: This tool, available on eCampus, empowers on-campus students to request overnight guests, apply for Residential Assistant (RA) roles, and establish roommate agreements. Additionally, current RAs can employ this tool to monitor community engagement activities.
  • Emergency Messaging: Sign up to receive text messages and calls about campus emergencies, cancellations, and vital weather information through RaveAlert.
  • Password Management: Change or reset your password. Authenticate via Microsoft by registering your phone, an alternate email account or through the PMT Registration Form.
  • Information Security: Protect your devices and personal information from threats. You can report suspicious emails to abuse@adelphi.edu or the Help Desk, and report lost devices to Public Safety.
  • Handshake: Employers use Handshake to recruit Adelphi students for all types of jobs—including full-time, part-time, internships and work-study.
